If you wanted to know how to write sparkling proposals for the state of Michigan bid proposals, you have that chance 1 Feb.

The Department of Technology Management and Budget will conduct a one-hour webinar on that topic. The webinar will educate vendors on the expectations of the state of Michigan bid proposals. Vendors who are new to state contracting are encouraged to attend Contracting 101 before attending the webinar.
