Colleagues: We received the following e-mail from Mike Haynie, the director of the Entrepreneurship Bootcamp for Veteran's with Disabilities (EBV) program, headquartered at Syracuse University. Please help disseminate this information to post 9/11 disabled veterans who want to start their own businesses. This is a great opportunity for a disabled veteran to launch his or her entrepreneurial dream with assistance from faculty and alumni of Purdue University.. Details about the program are available at the link listed below. Contact information is also listed below. Thank you for your assistance. – Edward L. Ronders
I’m writing with a short-notice opportunity. We have had a few veterans that were admitted to the upcoming EBV program at Purdue University, have to withdraw for various reason. As such, I have several ‘short-notice’ seats in this upcoming class. If you could spread the word to your folks and let them know about this opportunity, the seats might not go to waste. The class itself runs from August 28-Sept 5, but this is the last week to potentially admit anyone. This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity - all totally free to the vet. Anyone interested would have to act quickly, however, because the ‘pre-residency’ work that is done online starts in just a week or so.
More about the program is at whitman.syr.edu/ebv Ray Toenniessen may be contacted here: rmtoenni@syr.edu. His phone is 315-443-0256. Anyone interested or with questions should contact Ray, and he will work to expedite the application process.
